I used to steal almost exclusively from this thread for my FB feed. Mostly you, LG & Raratt. Up until I divorced facebook completely in favor of 2000's style forums. Sigh, the days of meme-hunting to make my friends giggle. Oh well, social media was fun. Watching it collapse however is almost equally entertaining.

Got on FB for a few months like 10 years ago. People I hadn't thought about since 10 to 15 years before then started crawling out of the woodwork. Shut it down shortly thereafter.

A guy I knew in High School friended me and it took me seeing an old pic of him until I realized who it was. We hitchhiked up to my parents property In NorCal in about 1978 from SoCal. I think that was the last time I saw him until recently. He works for the state at Sutter's Mill.
