Have you been "adjusting" the plant in regards to it's position under the light? Sometimes if you move a flowering plant around it will twist and turn as it attempts to follow the light. Any other "growth" is anamolous.

Hey Steff! When it really comes down to it, you look at the Trichome colors of your nugs, not the hairs(as I think thats what your refering to). Usually a good rule of thumb is when the hairs are 50% or more of the buds then its fully mature, but this isn't always the case. From the looks of your pics, your plant def. seems far from finished, However, you harvest by the color of the Trichomes, not the specific time mentioned for said strain, this is more of a guide line as many variables and change this. You can get a 60x-120x microscope for like 15-20 bucks on amazon. You put that up to your nugs, focus on the trichomes, and harvest by the color. Heres a list that I use as a guide.
