hi, just a quick question, i am growing a few ladies from seed and when they showed their sex i took one out and made clones. i know it is better to clone during veg... but oh well i wanted to try it. anyways, my question is that my clones have kept producing pistils (not like in flower stage, but each new node produces 2 pistils) even though they are in 18/6 and have been for almost 3 weeks, is this common? also i know you will want pics but i dont have a camera and its a generic question so any help would be appreciated from those with experience cloning. thanks.

I've taken cuts in flower many times and yes this is normal, don't sweat it. The plants taken in bloom will re veg and grow at a slower rate than plants started from seed. They make for shorter bushier plants. The leaves will start to look fucked up for a little bit, u'll probably see funky shit like one bladed leaves. But it eventually corrects itself, just takes longer.. plants grown from these cuts taken in bloom will also typically yield less as well, without a decent amount of time in Veg... with 4 weeks or less Veg time, and you'll definitely get a lower yield.
ok thanks good to know. i took clones off 4 of my plants before i threw them in 12/12 and i had 3 turn female and have clones off those, so would i be way better off using those since they have never been in bloom? thanks

These clones will produce faster than the clones you took while in flower simply because they do not have to re-veg.
What Monster was saying is that the clones you took while in flower will be fine.
You just need to give them time to re-veg. Clones need to develope a root structure prior to showing new vegetative growth. I would kick the lights to 20-4 and in about 3 more weeks you should be seeing new growth as a veg plant.
