pistils already?

this is my 3rd time growing, have had some success growing mids to very good quality .
10 days ago i planted 3 new seeds out of the 3 one is already showing white pistils. has anyone ever had this happen?
the other 2 plants are growing fine but on grew its first set of leaves and there white pistils already.
seeing that its showing female 10 days into it , how long will it take to yield and harvest?

no they get sunlight
