cause thats what i've read but i've seen those hairs there for about like 2 weeks and i dont know if it has something to do with it being outside is there a way for it to stay in veggin and still show hairs.
but im not going for that i been growing these plants for 3 months and now would really like flowering to happen since its already teasing me.
help please. i cant really take pictures my camera isn't good enough to get good quality pictures of the plant that close

this is a picture of it a week ago ill take new pictures tomorrow.

you're probably looking at about 2 more months... not sure where you're located but flowering should be underway at this point, the pistils are part of pre-flowering

Next time, add some perlite to your soil for drainage and to prevent compaction. You also need more soil around the sides as I can see your old root ball sticking up in the middle. That could wick the roots dry.

was just going to say about the soil and looks like she needs a watering, from the look of the droopy leaves..

Usually I see several spots where buds are forming. First you should see two initial hairs at each node and then slowly you will see those areas build up. If it seems like a slow move with the flowering then you might have to weak of lighting. If outdoors then maybe your weather is too cool or cloudy. Outdoor grows take much longer either way about it due to all the weather variables and the slow switching of light cycles.
If you want to see some productivity then add light, use flowering nutes, and get them watered. When you add nutes, make sure you alternate nutes, water, water, nutes, water, water, nutes..... water water water. They suck up a lot at this point. I don't do dirt anymore because it is so much more easy to do hydro, no need to flush dirt or anything that exaustive.

Trust me the more you spend on the nutes the more you will see in your results. There is a lot of science behind some of the chemicals.

Hope I helped and added in some valuable advice.

Your soil has very much to do with your bud production. Also, try reading your own question.... it was hardly clear exactly what it is you wanted to know. If you don't want any advice, don't ask questions. You can just as easily pick up a grow guide online for free or go purchase one.

your answer was the first guy,,pistols are apart of pre flowering, and its showing sex..means u got a female and she will slowly start budding anytime..now hope the weather agrees and will speed up your bud growth...

now the other answers you got were just concerned growers looking at a droopy plant you posted,,,so relax..
