I have a girl I grew from bagseed and for some reason her pistils are turning red. she's 3 weeks into flowering and I topped her at the second node if that makes a difference. anyone know anything about it?

Thats awesome. I have seen that a few times. Some strains can do that. Also the cold can do it too.

this is about the 5th time i've seen a thread like this and it seems like each time it's a bagseed. i think it's beautiful. i wish one of my plants would do that.

if it were my plant i would reveg it after harvest and take a bunch of clones and maybe play with breeding it down the line.

sensi seeds shiva shanti.. they dont all do it but it is worth growing out a batch of seeds to find this pheno. the smell is unbelievable and great smoke too.

I have 1 plant doing the exact same thing and mine definitely isnt some kind sexy strain because i got the seeds from some seedy ass commercial. I think its the temperature because mine get into low 40-50's in the dark. But then again i have two plants from the same batch of seed and only one is turning pink and red and not all the bud spots are doing it.

I planted her sep 14th and started flowering nov 14th so hopefully second week jan for harvest. this is my first grow and I have 2 other girls from the same bag that are planted sep 1st and started flowering nov 1st. the other two have white hairs and a few starting to turn brown. there's a big difference between the plants the one w pink hairs looks way more sativa than the other two( the pink hairs is taller thinner w buds up the main stalk and the other 2girls are way more bushy w darker wider leaves) ill post more pics I appreciate everyone taking the time to write about it. I wish I did clone. how would one go about harvesting w o cutting down the plant? any other advice or questions let me know.

take a small cutting of it ,root it, plant it ,re-veg it. it will take a bit but u can do it.

although idk if that will diminish the quality/yield of the cutting. i've never done it !

The one plant I had with pink/purple pistols last year was also a bagseed. But it was a outdoor plant so I think that had much to do with it.

Sweet. Wish I could take one of those clones off your hands. I wonder if the cold did it or if its the genetics. If so that's a awesome Pheno
