Pink lady strain (sativa dominant)

I've been scowling the world wide web calling all over the place looking to get my hands on a pink lady clone (it's for my mom, she suffers from very severe arthritis pain and it's the only strain that has really worked for her--i.e, no pain, keeps her alert/active throughout the day.) Any time i call a place that says they have the strain they tell me they'll call around and then hit me back, they never do. It's very frustrating, almost makes me wish i never came across the stuff for her to try. Anyways, any help will be much appreciated. I'm willing to travel wherever at this point.

What's so special about that particular strain? Surely there's something else out there similar.

She's tried a few different one's, most sativa dominants make her feel out of it (i think a 50/50 would possibly be better depending on which one it is.) The problem is, once you find one that really does what you need it to, it becomes the go-to. What's so special about it, i suppose this question could be applied to any strain, but for me knowing that it helped her better than the many she's tried is what makes it so special.

Have you tried something like Durban Poison?

Pink Lady is also known as Plushberry.
At least that's what it says here: https://mjbbb.org/plushberry-pink-lady/

Any chance you can grow from seed? I see a few breeders like KDS have seeds that are Pink Lady crosses that might get you close, or maybe you can reach out and see if they've got any viable seeds/stock for what you need. I'd also start looking at other similar 60S/40I hybrids.

Correct. Pink lady was the original/tester name for what is now known as Plushberry. If I was the OP I’d call around looking for that as I imagine there’s plenty of it around as the pink pheno was/is in high demand.

Plushberry is a child of pink lady. You'll also come across an indica dominant "pink kush" that is sometimes called "pink lady". But this isn't the same one.

This is my only other recourse, testing out some PL crosses that are 60/40

I have tried it, and it's much more a strain for me than for her. She would have to seriously microdose using DP. I'm not sure what it would do for her arthritis pain ( and MS)

I'd reach out to some seed people who are promoting crosses that supposedly include Pink Lady...they had to get that genetic component somewhere and may have seed on hand.

For you to find a cut of the exact same strain that she liked is impossible

Try new strains until she finds another then keep a clone going.

Sativa strains are typically an upbeat effect, while Indica strains are the couch lock effects. Hope you find something similar.
