Is it worth using? I'm not buying azomite until next season I dont think. Get clever with me and find trace elements without spending cash!

Himalayan salt is completely different than table salt

It's as different as honey is from table sugar, which means chemically that the similarities are orders of magnitude larger than the differences.

If folks are looking for a good source of vegan/organic micronutrients, might I suggest 'Mineral Matrix', from Green Air Products, OR. It's worked well for me in the past and it's fully soluble.

I was not talking about the use of Himalayan salt and cannabis

Absolutely, I understand. I happen to like the Himalayan salt in cooking, myself.

However, the difference between it and table salt amount to one or two percent of (admittedly tasty!) impurities.
What about the iodine found in table but not him ?
That's the major killer for eating table instead of him salt
Why I avoid all table salt

But the iodine is GOOD for you! Seriously, it's been added to table salt for generations to prevent mental retardation and cretinism. It's also an excellent first line of defense against radiation poisoning, believe it or not. Iodine is a necessary micronutrient for animal life to thrive.

What's that supposed to mean? Just cause I don't grow anymore doesn't mean I don't know my shit lol
hah! ahhh... seems like everything I say to women these days is countered with that..
"whats THAT supposed to mean??"
nothing darling, you are misunderstanding me...
no babe, what I meant...
aww sweetheart you got me all wrong...
C'mon, don't turn over and go to sleep all angry..
ahhhh...
Like i'm speaking Cantonese or something...

I've yet to have my morning coffee what I'm trying to say is
Table salt is so processed that they have to add the iodine into it

Where as him salt is natural and has 84 minerals in it which benefit you're body

Table salt is so processed it does serious harm to your body

Hope that works out better lol

Thought you'd be all about that new 'Denali salt', now that they changed the name and you're living in its shadow?
