Pinecones/Spears vs Flat-Top topsites??

For a little while, I thought I was messing things up because I wasn't getting the nice pinecone-shaped top buds like everyone else is getting. ... Mine were kinda flat or rounded on top, and often kinda bumpy or knuckly as I call it. ... Case in point, current grow:

This is a tester from a buddy, and ALL the buds are just all knuckled up:

But I've since realized, it's more than likely just the strain or pheno. In this same grow, I do have a couple other plants getting somewhat spear shaped tops:

I'm also starting to notice, the round-top buds are usually a bit bulkier, too.

I guess the reason I'm posting this. . .. it's something I thought was or could be a problem, turns out it's (probably) nothing at all.

What about you guys? Any preference on bud shapes?

... The result is so resonious it clogs the grinder every damn time.... Do you know what I'm doing? ...
Actually - that is sort of a nice "problem" to have. That can happen even after a proper 10 day dry and an 8+ week slow cure. Dispensary weed has never clogged any grinders so we must be doing something right.

And your fix is pretty simple - get bigger grinders.

High quality Cannabis will clean your grinder, from the alkene and alcohol solvents. Not saying your bud is bad. But it's B grade if it doesn't clean a grinder.
