Pineapple Sativa 2 weeks in flower

I have 1 Pineapple Sativa under a 400 watt hps. It's in a 5 gallon pot (in soil), and i'm using fox farm trio nutes. I had it in veg for about 2 months, and just started using molasses once a week since flowering started. It has been topped and lst'd since the start almost, and about 95% of the bud sights have direct contact to the light. I just wanted to see other peoples yields from 1 plant under a 400 hps. Would 6-8 ounces be in the realm of possibility off 1 plant? Share your highest yields under a 400!

From what I've read sacrificing plant count for Veg time will equal out or equal more in your favour (more plant, more roots, more bud/weight) I am a newb still on my first grow but your setup plus 1 other plant was my plans for my new grow. Off my research the only improvements I can suggest to make would be picking a heavy weight strain and getting that light as close to your canopy as possible. An update to this grow would be nice. Hows your temps lookin?
