Pineapple Express - Attitude?

Oh my god $300 bucks for seeds and no pic of the plant? that's insane. "yes it does smell like gods vagina"

I would not venture a guess on the value or lack of value at that price but I would not base it on any picture that could be used of a lack of a picture.

I cannot remember the different seedbanks off the top of my head but I have seen several who use the exact same picture for different strains. One will use the picture and call it one strain and another will use the exact same picture and call it a different strain and so on.

I have not seen a great deal of this but I have seen it both in the past and also recently.

Once you spot something like that you do not know which one is the accurate picture for the strain or if any of the strains it is being used for is actually what is pictured.

People can be very gullible and far to trusting.

this is true i seen great white shark picture on green house website and then again the same picture for mr nice shark shock but they had photo shopped it to give it pink pistils. i read the description and it say that great white and shark shock are the same plant wich shanti and arjan made back when they were together at green house. so if its the same plant then why claim it has pink pistils on mr nice version

In cases like I mentioned and you mentioned it is impossible to know which is the accurate/true picture, or for that case if either is. Myself in a case like you mentioned if I were to try to guess which picture I could believe I would tend to believe Shantibaba’s picture but that is just because I tend to believe him more than other breeders when it comes to descriptions and honesty in general. Still I could be wrong. I think that the tendency for most people is to believe/accept the first such picture they run across to be correct/accurate/true and any that follow have to be the impostors. Its just hard to guess and that is why I said I would not base my decision to buy or not to buy on any picture or due to the lack of there being a picture.

The best thing someone can do is to research strains and find the original breeder, especially if it is a famous strain or a Cup winner, and purchase that breeders strain instead of purchasing a knockoff.

It astounds me how few people know who bred what and how many only go by strain names and assume they are getting the same thing, the real deal. All you have to do is pay attention to threads about White Widow and you will see precisely what I mean. Someone says they are growing White Widow and asks how long the flowering period is and they get a handful of different time periods. Even if you allow for the difference in time between someone who wants milky white trichomes or amber trichomes the dates/times can range by several weeks and each person says this is how long it took me so that is how long you should flower.

Almost never do you read where someone first asks whose White Widow are you growing? Many people assume if they buy White Widow from Seedsman or Green House Seeds or wherever they bought the same thing, the original genetics and if what they bought was inexpensive compared to some other breeders White Widow they just found a great deal. They don’t know that is you want the original genetics you need to purchase Black Widow from Mr. Nice (or of course a seedbank that handles Mr. Nice seeds). They don’t know that the reason their White Widow finished so early is because it was a knockoff with more indica that the original or if it finished much later it is because it was a knockoff with more sativa that the original.

I am not saying that knockoffs are all bad but only that they are not equal to the original or even to each other. People just need to learn what they are buying/growing and when asking questions say I am growing So and So’s strain ‘X’ and for people who reply saying this is how long it took me they should say this is how long it took me when I grew This Guy’s strain ‘X’ instead of assuming that what the person asking the question is growing is the same as what they themselves grew.

all im saying is for 300 bucks it seems like they could give you more info. mandala seeds are only 20 euros each and they give you a grip of info and pictures of the actual plants. they may not be the mostfamous strains but they are all legit and not crappy knockoffs..

But if they gave info everyone would know it's a scam and not the real made up strain that it is...lol

The breeder is G13 Labs. From what I can tell they're a joke, I've yet to see anyone reporting much success with their strains. Heck, Attitude gives them away for free with orders. In fact, I'm growing my freebies - a Purple Lady and a White Widow. So far, not impressed - both are growing like dwarves with barely any internodal distance and show no real vigor: 2weeks in, 5" tall. This is my first grow and I really don't care as I will probably end up killing them when I move soon. My other freebie, 5x G13 Labs Thai Super Skunk, will probably get tossed in the trash because, even though they're supposed to be mostly indica, they take 12-14w to flower and oddly enough grow retarded tall. Sounds indica to me.

Basically, I call shenannigans. Stick with proven genetics/breeders. These guys are just punks who toss seeds in plastic packs and put popular strain names on the sticker. If my freebies are any example they don't even have breeder pack packaging, just little plastic bags with the strain printed on a white sticker label.

wtf this dude is tripping. thai super skunk is all sativa. and shrot internodal stretching is a good thing. tripppinn.

Basically everyone that posted on this thread has never even grown the strain....
So here is G13 Labs Pineapple Express two months from seed in a 3G pot. She began 12/12 10 days ago. While the name may be a gimmick, she is without a doubt containing some great genetics. A few things I'd like to point out.. Incredibly fast growth, pest resistant, the stems and leaves have a very strong pineapple odor since veg.

I reread this whole thread and I can't believe I never replied to it.

I don't know how G13 Labs was a year and a half ago but I have been growing their strains out since last summer and every strain but one has been awesome smoke. The PE has to be the finest smoke I have ever done in the 35 years I have smoked weed. So sweet and smooth. The taste reminds me of old skool Panama Red mixed with Colombian Gold. I taste cinnamon and peaches with pineapples and maple syrup.

It goes down smooth and comes out just as smooth. The high is incredible, I can't explain it. The pheno I wound up keeping had fiery orange hairs and the stickiest buds I ever harvested. Bag appeal is a 10/10 and once people smoke it they freak out about the taste and the high. Word got around in a few hours about this stuff. A week later and people are begging for more. This is the kind of pot that makes people drool and open their wallets 8)

The thing with most seeds from G13 is that you need to grow out 5 or more to get a great pheno. Always works for me. I've grown stuff from Sensi, Reserva, DNA and others but my G13 stuff have always been the ones I kept in my grow room.

i too have had great success with their Pure Power and Pure Gold. Don't know what all the hating is about but the strains I've grown have turned out great.

hey dude i just hrvested a p express 2 weeks ago and can tell you that this was one of the best uniform, vigor growth, and good yielding plants i have ever seen!!!!! Over 6 0z dry! flowered at 23'' tall went for 65 days and was absolutely beautiful even went real purple on the buds as it matured. Great job G13!!!!! your no genetics giving pineapple express gets an a++ in my book. Good with multiple grow meathods I used topping on this second one i have going and the first one just let it grow natural and lst'd after the stretch with flora nova grow bloom one part for nutes hmubolt dark energy for a little nitro boost here and there. So hope this seals the deal for you and you go and experience this quality strain. Also the taste and smell are 100% accurate with the description on attitude. It is an extremely bold, fruity fragrance. Taste is as bold as nl#5 or heck PE is just the shit one for the books definately

Hey, I was just browsing through attitude while I was bored and noticed the new noticed saying:

NEW ATTITUDE EXCLUSIVE!!!! PINEAPPLE EXPRESS Feminized

Well I like to research anything before I attempt it thoroughly, and when it came to mj growing etc I found that while I done my researching I always seemed to find very good comments and experiences with attitude.

So if this is the case I couldnt see them putting this on there main page if it wasnt the shit, or people would get pissed.

So, before I make my mate order these seeds ( :D ) what yall think?

Bogus?

Dank?

Thanks,

Luke.
Not bogus! Very dank! One hit shit! Top shelf! Yield sucks.

Pineapple Express is just a fad strain. I'm sure its a decent strain, but there's probably a reason everybody doesn't grow it...
Not a fad. Over 20% thc potential. One hit me. Usually a bong hit lasts me ~20 minutes before I want another. This lasted me 1.5 hours plus.

The reason you don't see it a lot is the yield. But if you're growing it for your head stash, it's the way to go. One of the best strains I've ever had.
