Hello, I want to use pine oil, but I couldn't find an article showing how much I should use.

How much should i add to roots and leaves?

None. Where did you get the idea to use pine oil on your cannabis? Pine oil is an organic herbicide. It's used to kill weeds. I don't think you want to be using it on your cannabis plants.
 
Pine trees are very good at eliminating competing plants. Composted Pine Bark Fines are the only Pine thing I use in my mix.
