Poor Monty! He keeps getting bullied. He runs over and wants to play but the other dogs usually start chasing him and then packing him! Next he's scared and running around in circles from 4 dogs. Its funny at first but then worrying. The dogs sense that he's scared and try to attack him so tonight I whacked a couple of them with the lead to stop it. The other owners did nothing and that was that. He's come across these dogs before and they chased him into the road which was quietly situated next to a placa but still.

My friend told me tonight that he has attacked a German Shepherd a few months ago which was always after him. Maybe he can look after himself and I'm getting stupidly protective. It's great having a dog off the lead that runs away from trouble but can he defend himself without completely flipping out and ripping them to pieces? Idk.

Every time I stand over the grave of a beloved pet, I say this is my last one.
Then God looks down and see's my loneliness and sets another dog in my path.
I look into his eyes and see a soul and unconditional love, how can I turn away an animal with that??

You are a good man for that. I haven't owned another dog in 15 years. When we get our house in the next 12 months I'm getting one.
