All of my plants are were growing big single leaves instead of the normal 5 leaf thing as you can see in the pics. You can see in the pictures that the new growth on the top seems to be doing much better. Any ideas why they are doing this?

that is cool, but sorry I have no idea why that happened. I had a tomato plant that grew 2 leaves straight out lol.

Wow man that is really strange. It must be something in the genes with your strain. They almost dont even look like pot plants. Clearly they are but that one leaf thing i have never seen. Its almost like when you lose a kidney and your other kidney will grow to 80% its normal size to compinsate. Looks like the fan leaf doubled or trippled in size to absorb more light cuz of the other missing leaves.

Breed those bad boys out....change the environment up next grow, and if they do it again you know its in the genes.

i grew some snowcap and during the mid weeks of flowering my biggest plant started growing one leaf at a time. not as big as the ones you grew, but they were single leaves. but as far as doing it in the veg cycle, i would say the plant has been taken from a flowering parent. i think thats how they get single leaves.

its just growing feeder leaves so it can develop its rooting system properly
it will be like that for a little bit and then u will start to see 5 points and then eventually 9 points and 7 =)

Alomost all of my clones do that. It looks like blueberry to me. My BB clones start out witj only single leave clusters at first then grow normal as they get bigger. I think everything will be fine.

Some strains do this at the early growth stage, my blueberrys did this but it never did it with just the 1 leaf, it was 2 or 3 leaves, as they got bigger they went back to normal:hump:
