its a proper grow light i know the one your on about . i had a few b4 from 125 to 250 watts there good enough but id reccomend u pick up a cheap hps from ebay you will get much better weed that way.......peace

yea thanks just ging to look at them now wat lamp do u recommend for the flowering stage?

thats great hi thanks for ur help doing this for my partner as he is a smoke lover for years & fed up hearing him complaining bout the price & quality of the smoke around here im the one with the patience in the house so hopefully i get it right 1st time around or he'll have me hung!! i must sit on this for few hours tonight read up on the facts
