pics. the bottom leaves are drooping and ugly

I got this plant going, first and only grow. Not sure of the sex, or if you can even tell yet, but the bottom leaves are a different color, and drooping a bit, any suggestions? should i remove any of them?

also, im using 3 cfl's on this plant. should i maybe give some light to the side of the plants to get to those nodes better?

i would clean out the 2 bottom nodes

how exactly do you prune the plant?

just cut the lower branches...

i water about twice a week. i dont think it is dry, i stick my finger in and its a little moist, ill probably water again in a few days

maybe water once a week, but i think its lack of light, get some Y spliters and add a few more cool and warm CFLs
