Pics of solid, dense led grown buds

These will be very dense depending on strain assuming you have enough light etc. as other growers here have said. 4 plants and the one on the front right will probably be the least dense but still very solid. The dark purple one in the middle back is a twisty Treat and it doesn't produce a lot but it's solid sugar. The front right is a Cannarado and back left as well. Front left Sitting Bull buds will be rocks. They are fading now it's the last couple weeks. Just ro water. I like to run ~800w in 15 sq ft then the last 4 weeks or so I crank the wattage down to 620 or so as it seems to much light reduces resin glands from my observations. ymmv

I've never yet worked with any confirmed legit clones or seeds. Just had to roll with what they told me about strain (which likely was not true).

You're working the dark side of the underground if you don't know what strain you're growing and they tell you what you grow. Sinaloa or some shit?

It's just that no one really wants to share their prize genetics. At the same time, collectives want to sell clones, so they claim the clones are from the most in demand strains. I just wanted to get something started, can't wait forever in search of the real.

Thesmell re are tons of good genetics out there. I've grown 4 years or so and really just learned enough on here to get by. I'm very pleased with pretty much every strain I've grown. Some better than others. Some taste and smell like candy one I had a blood wreck smelled rotten. I have an orange peel that is very airy. Beautiful though. I think the blackberry parent was airy? But if grown correctly under any light source given enough intensity and the correct spectrum will grow solid buds.

to get a real accurate number par meters start at $200-$300. i personally think they are worth every penny

If par was all that mattered we`d run red only or warm white

Seems like a uv meter will be key to get an idea of flowering times

But if you know the specs of the led chip then is there not some way of getting a good guess on output by measuring the intensity some other way ?

I don`t normally move the led`s closer I take the T5 growers approach more lights at the max distance means less shadowing, less coveted heat and you can grow a taller plant........

Lots of cob growers are not side lighting with them either, I added 700w of cob, 2 x 3000k chips 1 x 5000k chips, as a side light for the winter and our temps are down really low but seeing more frost and more buds than before, I think I only removed 100w or maybe 200w of lights to put that unit in... but there`s more plants in there now

So very hard to say, but side lighting does seem to get your lower buds way frostier and the top ones stickier too, seeing some bigger more sparkly trich`s as well as the smaller ones

I like them big trich`s that glitter back at you hard I doubt they are really different just seem to notice them more
