Hey stilltokin im in aus aswell,
first off go down to bunnings or something and get some fluoro lights, about 40$ for a 80W or so. the light you have now is useless.
then get them as close as you can to the plants without burning them.
you can grow outside this time of winter but it's not ideal weather at all, unless your up north somewhere:blsmoke:and you would want get the plant a little stronger before he's released into the wild(around 3-4 nodes).
were nearly at winter salstice so the days are only getting longer from here on in but the light is still poor quality for a couple of months.

they are right about the stretching, also, having 2 plants in a little cup is gonna cause Big problems in the very near future, they are going to tangle their roots and make transplanting impossible without damage to one or both of the plants.

I see also they are in a shoebox, do you have a safe place for them to grow when the get bigger? and you are going to need way more lights for those plants.
