Wont those roots will dry up if you dont keep them misted?

no the roots are growing great,the soil holds about 3-4 hours of moister,the heater pad keeps high humidity traped were the roots are
i stopped spaying the roots directly cause root hairs wouldn't grow so i just feed from the top now
waiting to see what happens
