Hello Rollitup. i am a new member here and i am having some tough issues on my last grow. I have been growing for about 2 years and this is my 5th crop.

Pics are off iphone. I am looking for advice on what i should do. I am VERY concerned about the fungus attacking the bud if i keep letting the plants go. That being said, I dont even have proof I have septoria, but i do have something majorly wrong. I use house and garden a and B, roots and multizyme. Also use cal mag, drip clean, and some bio bizz additives.
Have a chlorine filter water setup, have a digi PPM / PH meter. Alawys between 5.5 and 6.0 usually over 1000 PPM only once above 1500 ppm. Normally 9-1200 ppm. Uasually did one water in between feeding. Might have overwatered during the grow some..

One source could have been a contaminated General Hydroponics rapid starter. I used even though i saw biological growth in the container before using to feed plants.
That was at end of veg....

Currently 53 days in and have what I BELIEVE to be septoria fungus. ONE person at a grow store said he has had it before and my symptoms were the exact same as his:

Green leaves lose coloration, necrosis at the tips and edges of leaves.
Leaves quickyl turn yellow after a few days of withering. Then they quickly crispify and die.
affected only a plant or two 2 weeks ago, then progressed heavily still. my plants seem to be stunted in growth as many leaves are dying on each plant each day. Plants have lost at least 50-80 percent of large leaves at this point. is not affecting big bud sites but undergrowth bud is very much at risk as smaller leaves are becoming impacted.

I have used a copper fungicide, as well as a neem oil extract, and Einstein OIl.

Please recommend what i should do. Some of the plants are more ready than others, growing green crack, duban poison, god bud and a couple amsterdam seeds i have cultivated. I know the growth is stunted because i have flowered 3 of these stains before, and the godsbud is weak compared to before in terms of bud growth.

2 1000 watt digis, one Blackdog 450 LED, One american 300 watt Led, one 180 watt magnum plus, one LED grow supply 220 watt. Well over 3000 watts whatever way you want to look at it, all runnin off a 240 volt 50 amp junction box i installed myself  room temp never above 90 runnin co2.

PICTURE DISCRIPTIONS, hard to see what im seein in person with the lighting, but ill do my best to describe what IM seeing in each picture.
