I'd say it has ~ 2 weeks to 20 days left... I see over 50% long white pistils and the big swell is just starting!

If you like to smoke premature buds (like most commercial grade hydro buds)> THEN I'd say go ahead and chop!

I agree with it looks awesome for a 250w light but the biggest mistake made during a grow is chopping too early.

exactly! That's why I always recommend that to let the trichs be your guide....

But anyway yeah I was thinking around 2 weeks 2.5 weeks but this is my first grow , yeah triches are starting to turn cloudy might of spotted a few amber ones but wasn't sure if it was the light or not :S so what should happen in these last 2 weeks? start flushing with ph'd water, maybe start trimming off some leaves a few days before chop to boost the little nuggets for a few days ? I thought they looked sweeeeeeet for a 250whps stealth grow !!!!!!

just for technical reference... the 600W HID lights are the most energy efficient.
Giving you the most lumen per watt out of any of them...

as far as the flush etc...
some people do it... some people dont...
What you are looking for is full amber trichs to show up; being indicative of thc production coming to a close.
I have a Widow that has hints of amber in the trichs (like yours)
it's almost hard to tell if it's glare or amber...
but once I saw real full out amber trichs, I understood the difference.
You'll know it when you see it.. it's not just a shade... it's prominent...
The buds may get bigger... but it's my experience that they get 'animated'
their appearance goes from plant-like to cartoon-like because of all the fuzz, crystals, red hairs, etc...

I wouldnt chop any healthy leaves till you harvest...
those ladies look GREAT!!

So with a healthy looking nice plant like that, why would you flush in the first place? And, if you do, why are you flushing again?

ahh ok cheers for the reference , I managed to pick up 2 Phillips son-t agro ballasts with 5 400w sun master bulb's and 2 250 bulbs , for just over £35 GBP, so I though yeah ill take that deal ; ) so you reckon when I see the amber triches ill definitely notice the difference? I hope they get bigger , and with the trimming of the leaves I meant like stretching the harvest over 3 days I e , 1 day, fan leaves, 2 day, some water leaves, 3rd day, shit just take the whole thing down...... DO YOU THINK IF I GIVE HER MORE NUTES NOW IT WILL BENEFIT HER? SUCH AS CUT DOWN FLUSHING FROM 2 WEEKS TO ONE AND REPLACE THAT WEEK WITH A LESSER FEEDING SCHEDULE? cheers for help folks.

I mean the final flush im on week 7, strain estimates week 9, triches look like they will ripen for week 9 , so question is do I start final flush now? ph'd water? OR do I feed her a little less nutrients for another week and then final flush for last week or so?
