picking up shop from scratch. Where is the best market for a cannabis grower/seller?

In the United States, in your opinion? Factors in consideration include penalty for growing relative to the ease(and safety) of distribution as well as dollar amount fetching, on average.

Obviously being an illegal drug the market fluctuates heavily depending on who you know both in terms of price as well as generalized safety. But I do think we can generalize to some degree.

I heard you can get 4K all day and there is a big market in northern ohio.

thoughts? Experiences?

I should add that California is not a consideration for me. The market is too competitive; not in the traditional sense, as I'll hold my bud with anyone. But in the sense of mediocre outdoor weed outselling superior indoor weed for dispensary owners and just overall a fucked up, unnatural bud scene.

i agree colorado has amazing spots, i flew over and saw one house every 5 minutes, along side a mountain. looked like it would be a cool way to live.

I'm considering Colorado for sure, but I think the market is pretty over-saturated at this point. TONS of growers. Probably tough to get rid of stuff.

Colorado is a great place to live and it has been really exciting watching the medical mj industry grow here. That being said, I don't think you would have any problems getting rid of your "stuff" there seems to be plenty of demand for the green stuff here.
