Hey guys, thanks for stopping by. Im just waiting for the first sign of the little bud starburst then i will take some pics and let you know more.

Today i switched from a transitional nute recipe to a full bloom recipe. As we type i am abour four hours into todays 12 hour light cycle and they look to be doing well. The preflowers are getting longer.

If you are interested in C99 then you should definitely follow my journal. I hear that this strain finishes flowering in 50 days, has a GREAT yield and a subtle scent. I am seven days into flowering so i expect to see some real nice looking buds coming in in the next few days.

Stick with me guys.

Looks good bro.......A while back......I grew Brothers Grimm Cinderella 99 for over 2 years.........It is still one of my favorites I ever grew.....wish i still had it.

Im using a 1000 watt hps, how long do you think it will take before i see buds? I hear she likes to start early and finish early.

First of all, look at my clones. Are those hotspots that are making them look like that? I might not be feeding them enough. I fed them according to General Hydroponics "mild" feed schedule. And i cut that amount in half cuz im in soil. Im thinking it might be from hotspots, as i have foil that is wrinkled inside my cab. Any input would be great.

All the other pics are taken 8 days into flower. The preflowers are getting longer, but there are no signs of bona fide buds yet.

Yeah, im gonna throw them in some one gal bags and flower them immediately. Im trying to see if i can pull about 2 lbs out of my room by the time its all said and done.

So, The power has been out do to a storm for the past few days and it just came back on. Alot has happened in that time. I have repotted 13 clones into one gallon grow bags and i built another cab to veg with.

The new cab is made out of two rubbermaid containers and it is quite large. I have space to veg eight plants untill they outgrow their one gallon bags. I also like the rubbermaid container because it makes watering easy.

Finally. I think that my closet is gonna be super full when i get through flowering. It looks like my four babies are gonna stretch their asses off during the flower period.

Question. If i want to slow down vegitative growth can i cut back the Nitrogen and just let the leaves yellow?

Ill ahve pics for you guys. Got some nice flowers comin in and i really to have an enoumous canopy of buds. Also included will be pics of the new box and the new mothers in the old cab.

This is my second grow, and the first time i have ever attempted to cut clones. I did alot of reading prior to cutting them and i thought that i had taken care of everything. I am using a color match ph kit and i think my old friend mr ph has come back to haunt me. I better do somthing quick.

I have decided to take 6 new cuttings and ph the water properly and add proper ph'd water to the 20 or so already cut.

Do i need to be exactly on 5.5? Is there any way i can for sure find my ph without using a fancy ph meter? I know i will have to get one eventually, but i cant afford one now.

I haven't read the rest of your thread yet but, I do recommend the General Hydroponics PH Test Kit. Comes with everything you need - vial, dropper, Test Solution, PH Up and PH Down. Cost me about $16 for the whole kit. Works great for us!

Thanks for the advice, that was a while ago and i have solved those probs and moved on to new ones. You should stop in when i post new pics tomorrow and offer some more of that fire advice! thanks bro.

But yea, im on day 12 of flowering but two of them the power was out so technically its only day 10. They are starting to bud nicely but i want to make sure i have some nice little puffs of weed before i post more pics.

Hell yeah I'm anxious to see your pics. Our girls are flowering right now too. It's very exciting! I know I was a little late on that post, I had a similar problem earlier on that the PH Kit solved. Not all distilled water is "Neutral". I learned the hard way. False advertising sucks! Can't wait to see pics! Later man!

Hey proheto.
Looking good, i love the job you done on the cab, it looks the bollocks.
I was wondering if you sorted out the purpleing on your stems.
Some of my plants have it too (about 5 out of 10 plants).
I have been advised that it's a phosphate deficiency. I will be putting mine into flower in the next couple of days and am hoping that when I start using 'Bloom' nutes it will replenish the phosphate and clear it up. Apparently it takes about a month for the plant to lose the purple once you have addressed the problem.

Hey, thanks. Yeah i sorted out the purpling, i think mine was a phosphate deficiencey, but i think it was brought on from a ph problem.

It turns out that when i realized that i needed to buffer my 1 part peat 1part perlite 1 part vermiculite with some lime, so i buffered in to much lime, and it was hard for me to get my ph away from the 7-7.5 range. once i repotted using promix bx which comes prebuffered, i just correct the ph of my nute solution to 6-6.5 and feed and the runnoff is always 6-6.5. This is why i think if you look at my journal my plants go from having that purple to being lush and green. When i repotted it allowed me to correct my problem. Im expecting the blue sat to start purling again as it is a blue strain and turns a nice crimson.

Good to see.
It sounds like you have read up on your issues and dealt with them properly. I have tried to do the same. I have learnt so much from just reading threads and the FAQ on this site and still learning every day.
This is my first grow. I have worked with other peoples before, helping to harvest and watching them grow but it's not the same as doing your own.
I get so excited at times I feel like a school kid again lol.
I'll stop by again, see how its going, cheers.

just to catch the runoff. The bottom of the tray i use has holes in it so water drips everywhere. I put my one gallon grow bags in bags cuz i dont have saucers and i dont like to wait for all the water to drain before i put them back.
