phlizon 2000 cob/led just bought one 2 weeks ago haven't used it yet have it all set up, was wondering if anyone has used one of these lights ? please don't tell me to return or get a diy light cause I have it worse case scenario i'll use for clones or something but would like to hear from people who have used one of these lights
 
I'm not that familiar with that fixture, so I can't offer any experience with its quality.
I think that it's supposed to be a 400w fixture so I'd say it should be able to flower a 3x3, perhaps a 3x4 footprint.

451 watts its suppose to be equal to a 600 or 800 watt they say
 
I don't have a Phlizon, but I started my first grow with an AGLEX 2000, which is likely about the same thing. It will cover you in a 3x3 not a problem. I'm currently in a couple weeks from seed on 4 different strains right now in a 3x3. Granted I only use it for veg in the 3x3. Not sure about flowering.
 
Have one of their 600W fixtures and so far it is the best light I have. Also have 1x generic 600W, 2x 400W MH, 1x 400W HPS, 2x 15m strips and a few E27's. Will be tripling my lighting in April so I am watching all as closely as I can but so far the Phlizon is winning.
