I am running 1 of those on one side of my 4x4 and 2 150w hps on the other...as of yesterday. I found one of the philzons did a great veg over my 6 girls. I used it full power, but, I found one isn't enough to cover a 4x4 tent, so I supplemented with cfls for about 2 weeks. Going to flip on sunday so I added two 150w hps lights (given to me free). I have been able to keep the tent cool so far, but, I am venting outside, it is winter here in Ontario, and my tent is beside a window that is open about 4" wide.

I put 2 3x3 tents next to each other spaced them out a little bit, I keep the 2 doors open with a mylar tarp for a wall My 2 lights are doing a great job now that things are opened up. I think plants do much better in a more open environment. I grow in a basement in the upper midwest. so I can keep things open. I also think plants grow better in basements in the winter because of the furnace and C02 naturally going to lower levels. the heat in the basement also helps keep the house warm.

Quick update. After 3 days of flip, my girls are going wild. I think I should have flipped a week earlier. My scrog net is 95% filled. The glueberry is a monster and spreading and growing like crazy. Going to be a long couple of months.
 
Update: l am finishing up my seed run Mataro Blue crossed with amnesia haze / Black Grape / maui.
and some more.
A week away to Flip.
First 3 pics are Foul Mouth l hope the squatting one is fire.
Next 2 are 9lb hammer
And few of my crosses l am working on.

Very nice. Just seeing a picture of those 9lb Hammers brings a tear to my eye. Just stopped to have a puff of some Dosi- Whoa. Mixing food now. All my girls have started budding. Very happy :-)
