Thats what pisses me off. I mean the dude was selling the bong michael phelps used but is almost like phelps got off scott free and leaving his buddies in the dirt. even though the media raped his name.
Read man...the guy who owned the bong was indeed one of the 8 people arrested and STILL facing charges and he was not even THERE when the party took place.
And how about the douche bag that sold the photo for $100,000. Was that person even investigated? They were there while a "crime" was taking place, did they report it to police? Were they smoking pot? Were they drinking underage? I'd bet dollars to donuts that person never had a gun stuck in their face while being badgered about this "incident".
What really pisses me off now is that because of Phelps's stupidity 8 other people are in trouble over this bullshit and then Phelps had the audacity to release this statement after the sheriff's press conference
