Based on the list of "additional information required" it looks like they skimped on their first application big time.

So it looks like they only want to run 3 facilities. I wonder why they stopped at 3? Wouldn't more be better? I mean really, so far not one LP has been able to provide patients ( at least RIU patients) with acceptable medicine so wouldn't producing more shit be better for everyone?
