I'm not sure about ionized water but it's an interesting idea. Maybe someone who knows more will jump in here....

Let us know the PPM of your water after it goes through the ionizer. I'm interested to see how much of a difference it makes.
Why you boiling your water; to sterilize it?

ok will do i know my tap water start at 8.5, when i run the water through the aqua tonic 500 machine i adjust the ph level to 7, what i do i fill a gallon up with the 7 ph water, than i take a cup of boiling water to mix my feed black strap molasses, epsom salt and sometime flora nova bloom to help brake down the feed before adding to gallon of 7 ph water, than i ph down the gallon to about 6.5 ph lol right now i'm waiting today for my ppm meter to arrive, so i can run a test on ppm, my only concern about the aqua machine is if it taking away the important mineral i might need will give a update when ppm come 4sho:)

Waste of time my friend your over thinking use tap water. Get you a tank, bucket or something you can hold your water in for 24 hrs. Then apply your nutes and check Ph and feed those babies

thanks for your respond but no i'm not talking tap water, i was testing ppm from the tap water, and my aqua tonic machine just to see what ppm, because my plants are it pots and been getting feed, so i just wanted to test the ppm of water first, before i test the ppm of my soil that been getting feed, i did test the soil of my pots, all 5 potted plants ppm run about 750 to 850 ppm some in veg stage some are starting the flower early because CALI weather has been strange on this end, the 750 To 850 ppm is soil with nutes lol:)

So the water from the aqua tonic is 200 PPM. That's not horrible especially if you're not adding a lot of nutes to your solutions. It's likely got some calcium and magnesium in it which is good for your plants. You taking a soil sample and mixing it with water to get your soil PPM numbers? Your numbers look ok to me; but the real test is the plants. How do they look?
If they look ok now in veg it might be advisable to bump the PPMs into August as they get bigger so they won't get deficient when they hit the stretch in flower.

I think you've got it all under control.....
I've got a book called "How to Grow Northern California Style" that says you should use seed starts outside. The book claims that a clone will produce 3-5 pounds while a seed start can produce up to 26 pounds. I use seeds for outside just for that reason but I'm not experienced enough outside to prove or disprove it.
