That makes sense I’m gonna upgrade my fan and filter when I upgrade to my hps in the next week or 2 what would you recommend that’s not too pricy but will do the job
Already listed it above.

but you need to let me know what fan and filter you have now.

as you may buy a new fan and find your filter isn’t rated high enough for the new fan.

all fans and filters have M3/H ratings on them.

That is equivalent to 110 cfm. Your space needs 96cfm, so your bare minimum and if you add filter and heat its under powered

No idea just saying rule of thumb is about 20% more required for adding filter, then if you have heat issues even more, long runs, bends , even more.

6 in is probably what your looking for with hps. I dont use but my understanding they make some heat

Fairs thanks mate all the best
Like i mentioned earlier you’re most likely underpowered.

now with that 4” fan we can see most definitely very under powered.

187m3/h is enough to run a 150w HPS

You’ll need a fan with a minimum of 350m3/h.

I would look at something like

SYSTEMAIR RVK150A1 at 460m3/h along with a filter rated at 500m3/h.

with a 400w HPS I was using the above fan and speed controlling it for winter running.

I still use the same fan now power now even though I’m using LED.

NO!!!!!!!!

If this is who set you up in the beginning then they are waiting for you to come and buy more crap and sucker you into buying more shit that you don’t need.

I’ve just given you the exact fan to buy.

just look online until you find it cheap enough.

And for 2 girls the size yours are a 5L bottle should be enough.

Oh and are you still using bottled mineral water?

stop that right now and test the PPM of your tap.

Where you are it should be under 300ppm and be fine for using.

Dazza you are going to do fine.

Jondamon is saying you have a ton of reading to do if you want to be good at this. He is right. You want to study ahead of where you are in the grow. Study room design and layout for now as it will make a huge difference. Intake, exhaust, lights, doors, tents, drains, electrical, insulation, heat, cooling, humidity it is endless!

How many plants do you want? How big? Can you recoup your electrical costs in savings by growing?

Nah stay away from grow shops unless you know the people that run it well not just from buying from them dazza they charge more vs online for one thing and you defo need more fan power if your gonna up to 600 especially if you ever plan on growing in summer as a rule you want more air than you need imo like jordamon says and others also said you got alot of reading to do on here bud id also have advised you to start on compost/soil if its your first rodeo personally cocos great but its less forgiving vs soil imo good luck you do ok im sure anyway man
