Ph on nutrient issue?

I found these 2 days ago now and when checking the ph of the coco it came out at 7.0 and ppm was 950. I’ve adjusted the ph to 6.0 and flushed to 100ppm. I gave a half strength feed but the leaves seemed to be getting worse any help would be super appreciated.

I’m giving 5ml for every 5 litres of water is it possible for it to be wanting more? Cause I feel like that’s a lot maybe I’m wrong it’s only my second grow. Cheers for the feedback

How often are you feeding? 950ppm is awfully high. 100ppm is awfully low. You were right to adjust your ph to 6, but you probably want the feed to be more moderate like ~500ppm.

Hes at half streigth, so like 425 ppm. Imo is to low , hempy, coco, peat .. 800ppms is a decent ppm.. in hydroton i use to run between 1000ppm up to 1300ppm but this depended on the plants i was growing.. some like it high some like it lowish..
Edit: i was using general hydroponics nutes in a flood and drain set up.

He never stated what he was feeding, or do you know him?

I wouldn’t add any CalMag and let your regular nutrients provide the calcium and magnesium along with your tap water.

Regardless the issues you showed look nothing like a calcium or magnesium issue.

What exactly are you feeding the plants? How often?

Maybe a phosphorus issue but i wouldnt think a ph of 7 would cause a lock out .. a detailed run down on your feed schedule and nutes would help.. sorry for shooting from the hip..

Yes.. i paraphrased what he said.. and yes the RUN OFF is what youre getting at.

You didn’t paraphrase anything. You guessed at his feed based on what he stated his runoff was. This wasn’t to start an argument but to just to point out that his feed is completely unknown. That’s why I asked him specifically what he was feeding.
