Ph of soil

I have never really through out a few grows worried about ph, well this is a new year and I figures I step up my game. I use rain water that comes clean at 6.5ish. You basic not to harsh nutes with FFOF soil. Pics of nutes attached, I also use Mammoth P once a week. I use my nutes as recommended just less of a dose. About every 3 weeks. I bought ph drops to test rain water. I bought a soil meter and it showing 8 as soil ph. Should I measure run off with my drips next watering and see if it's more correct than this instrument?

I heard watering with 50/50 water and cold.coffee? Recommended?

First question, how do/did your plants look

Just some older/larger leafs have few spot maybe 3 or 4 leaves thats it. Everything else looks lovely.

no, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. You can measure all you want but dont change anything
