so i am in soil and have a ph of right around 7. should i water with more acidic water so it will balance out and bring the overall ph down or would this not work?

6.8 to 7 is ideal for soil leave well enough alone my friend.

next time mix some coco coir into your soil it will drop the pH

...if your growing in quality organic soil, your pH isn't much of an issue....when growers start adding the salts (synthetic fertilizers) that is when pH becomes an issue....happy growin!
