PH meter

Can anyone give me info regarding a good PH meter. I was hoping to spend, at the most, $60, considering this is my very first grow op. I will plan on upgrading eventually.

Also, do you have any suggestion on other meters I will need. Nothing too fancy or advanced, just something where the value of the tool greatly outweighs the initial cost of purchase. Thanks for the help.

hanna's all in one combo pen about 100 bucks at a hydro store probably cheaper online, but the storage/cleaning/calibrating solutions can be pricey, about another 60-100 bucks, but so worth it. but stick to a brand name if you can only afford the ph pen still about 50 at my local hydro store.

ok, so look for henna PH pen online? and it's around 50 bucks?

these are great and run pretty cheap, $6 or so.... or

this is a little more expensive, around $15-$20 (i dont rely on these at all) but with $60, you could buy them both for a more accurate reading, or i just have somthing smiliar to this, for $40

maybe cheaper online, check ebay, but if you can by all means get the all in one combo, who knows you might find a deal online.

i've use the first two and never again, but they do work to some extent. the third one looks like it might do the job.

do you have a link to the 3rd one? there are no identifying marks on it.
