I need help. I recently got these plants, watered them once, transplanted into watered roots organics the next day, THEN tested my tap waters ph. It was at 8. About a day after I transplanted I started to see little spots starting to turn a light green in between the viens on my leaves. Now their yellow spots. The upper leaves are folding up while the lowers arent. Some leaves are starting to twist.

I wanted to let the soil dry out a little before I watered with ph adjusted water as not to overwater. So I waited until last night, four days, still not as dry as it should be but I am suspecting ph lockout and wanted to get some ph adjusted water in in hopes of 'unlocking' them.

Its been progressively getting worse.
Now the leaves with the yellowing are starting to feel dry, especially the yellow parts. Which is the most concerning to me.

Thank you very much in advance.

maybe take the plant out from under the HPS and take some pics so we an see clearly.. sounds like shitty air movement and low RH tho...

Sorry, I though it was my shitty camera phone not the hps, turns out ive got a good cameraphone.

Thanks for your intrest.
Well Ive got 12 other plants in the same room directly next to these four and none of them are showing the same signs, but I kindof think its cause theyre much younger and arent trying to pull as much nutrients out of the soil.

If it was shitty air flow and humitidy, would it affect all of them, or just the older ones for some reason?

Well Im pretty confident Ive found the culprit.

Magnesium Defiecency....

Magnesium Helps support healthy veins and maintains leaf production and structure.
Its required for chlorophyll production and enzyme breakdown.

Symptoms;

Yellowing of Older Leaves first, Yellowing in between veins on leaves, Leaves curl Up, Necrosis, Edges of affected leaves feel dry and crispy.

How to Treat;

Epsom Salts

Hydro: 1 teaspoon per gallon of water in your reservoir

Soil: 1 teaspoon per quart of water root drench

For fastest action use a Foliar Feeding at the rate of 1 teaspoon per gallon.

After first application, use 1/4 dose with each watering or resivoir change until deficiency is cured.

Hope this helps someone else out...

The necrosis progression has halted! The plants still dont look 100% but they definitely arent withering away like they were. Im taking this as a good sign. Theyre still taco'd with some leaves twisting but no more leaves dying.
