Ph fluctuation?

Changed soils from what I normally used I grow hydroponics with no problems I suck at soil what can I do to fix this is it because I'm pouring water on the plant I ph to 6.0 soul I'd 50% nectar 50% roots organic 707 5 gal pots

Why are you adjusting pH? Is it really high or low after adding the nutrients? And 6.0 is low for soil.
