PH dropping

I use a ebb n flow that has air stones in every 5 gallon bucket. I use Dyna Grow Bloom and Mag Pro with the Lucas Formula. My PH has been perfect until last 3 weeks of bloom. I try to keep it 5.8 to 6.2 and have had no problems until late in bloom. I've emptied the system. put back fresh water and fed like normal. It drops to 4.9-5.2 where the rest of the grow its always been perfect.. I run PPM around 1000... It's actually 1100 right now but the higher PPM has never changed my PH b4.. Any suggestions?? I threw some PH up in and it really didnt change much..

The only time I have experienced my PH crashing down like what you are saying...is when I had root rot starting to happen....can you look at the roots?....are they brown and wimpy...or are they white and happy looking ?.....
