PH at 7.6 for weeks using canna soil

I need some help.

Ive been feeding my plants bio canna feed and im currently at week 4 of flower. Im using canna terra professional soil and my ph reached a highest of 8 in week 2 of flower and ive managed to lower it to 7.5 but im showing signs of a severe lockout and the oldest big fan leaves are eating themselves after turning yellow with chlorosis.

ive tried everything a magnesium sulphate spray on the leaves to cal/mag but when I sprayed the cal/mag some leaves near the top and middle hooked. also in veg I think I was a little bit heavy on the side of cal/mag as I noticed a few hooks every feeding but they would disappear after a few days. it didn't help much the leaf greened up a little but chlorosis was still there. I thought maybe its a nitrogen lockout so I added some seaweed and phosphorus Fert at npk 1-0.6-0 then continued with Flores which is 2-2-5. no signs of change if anything every feed it seems to progressively continue. even with dropping the ph of my feed to 5.6-5.9 it only does temporary justice but ive noticed the lush green comes back but only slightly and its temporary for a day or so and Ive only recently started checking the ph from the start of flower and I allow for 30% run off. I didn't feed the first few weeks as canna pro is lightly fertilised just cal/mag, from .5 - 1.5 late veg.

my feeding has been anywhere from 1-3ml of Vega and 1-2ml cal/mag (biobizz organic) from mid veg thumbnail_Image 7.jpegthumbnail_Image 6.jpeg to start of flower,thumbnail_Image-2.jpgthumbnail_Image 5.jpeg then 2-4 ml of Flores, 1-2ml of boost, 2-3ml cal/mag up to this day with some odd feeds at a quarter dose with 5 litre buckets, the soil pots are 7.5 litres. I have also added about 2mg of charge just before flower and 4mg of eco thrive on the 3rd week of flower, the feed after I added the eco thrive and charge I would water and feed just under normal the next feed.

Im growing critical hog and its 1st gen cuttings I grew the mother and had the same issue but I vegged her for 3 months and thats when I noticed the ph was 7.8 and she was so bad I couldn't flip to flower I had to destroy her.

These are pics from today after ive fed it 1ml of boost, 2ml of Flores and 2ml of cal/mag. im thinking to change soil next time as ive also used this on other strains and ive had the same looking results at end of flower before but not as bad as this.

Im using a sanlight q6w and temps are: night 21c min day 27max. on average around 25 in flower 23 veg. no power cuts no shortage of air as my windows are always open and I monitor the readings. ec at run off was 0.5 but im using organic feed. I have no idea how to fix this at this point and im assuming its the soil or possibly the fact that in veg I was only watering and adding cal/mag? because cal/mag increases ph thats all I can think of. the tip burn started around week 1 of flower, does anyone know what it is? so far ive ruled out nitrogen, magnesium (this very last feed I added a sprinkle of Epsom salts) and calcium.. its been well fed.
