pH adjustment

Ok so I have a plant growing that is about 4 weeks old now. Had an incident with some spray last week which caused quite a bit of leaves to brown and nearly die. The good news is the new leaves coming out are doing great, growing nice and strong.

I checked my soil and the pH level is reading around 7.0-7.5 . Now I'm new to growing (and i'm becoming more and more addicted every day haha) but I was wondering if I could get some input on the best way to bring down my pH level of my soil. I remember reading in one thread about how to flush and adjust your own pH in the water you're using to flush it with but I can not find that post anywhere. So any help would be awesome

Vinegar... truue. What kind of process would you need to do with vinegar in order to bring it down some?

well when i used it , i was useing 5 gal of water adding in increments of teaspoon mixxing it up , checking ph.

Aight, do you just use distilled water or something?
