Hi There, I am wondering if anyone uses the PG&E Care program? My bill is pretty high. My husband got laid off 6 months ago. With my income, we qualify. I have a mm card and keep everything within my limits. I am wondering if it would be a red flag to sign up for the CARE? I am red articles on line about the list of CARE users being targeted by the fuzz. Does anyone know anything about this? I appreciate any input. Thanks! FF
