That's Federal MEDICINAL legalization. Fuck that, don't sign that shit. Medicinal or no, anyone should be able to smoke and use cannabis. It shouldn't be on a selective basis of "oh, you're lucky enough to suffer and die from this disease, here is your medicinal card!" Fuck that noise. I should be able to walk into any bar or smoke shop and buy a bag or go into a smoke bar and have the waiter break my nugs open for me and let me smoke it (provided I don't take it outside the bar). Herb was recreational and spiritual looooooooooong before any medicinal value was found.

WhileI agree it should be legalized across the board saying not to sign it because this petition is in regards to medical use is pretty idiotic. Gotta crawl before you walk, ya know?
