Pest problem a little help here

As i was reading about fungus nats, i just went to check out my plant and found that there are some little white creatures in mysoil they are not nats

these little white creatures are smaller than a flea. What i wanted to ask if that duz anyne know what are they?, what causes them ? and any solution ?
