Pest Advice Request

A plant I vegged outside whilst away had a caterpillar munching on it (discovered in grow room after flipping)

There is still something feasting on it, something big that I should be able to find but can't.

Flipped on 16/09

What are my options please?

I'm assuming I could put some kind of pesticide on it but the fruits of this flower are to be ingested (obviously) so don't know what's safe and what's not.

Any advice appreciated

check your plant a couple of hours after lights out, the wee beastie could be nocturnal

At the risk of sounding incredibly stupid...how will I see it?

I've been warned not to disturb my plant at night, stress etc

you can look at your plant at night, it will be fine. If you have caterpillars, spinosad works great.
