There's a whole new Spreek Taal on this thread you need to get yer criznanium around!!! I likesi it.

Your OG has more red hairs at 7 weeks than mine does at 8 weeks...wtf. hahaha, I have stopped comparing now Bender.

The Casey def looks like the nuts lad!!! In relation to your clones, when I got my two CJ clones, I am sure one had an 11 leaf'er on it!!!

Lovely shots, what camera you bumping?

Peace, DST
Thanks bro. I must have looked at 100s of OG shots in just the last 2 months. It is hopeless to determine the pheno. The got dang strain was a clone only and evolved into different cuts with different potency/type of high/flavor.

I was just telling raider, my OG this round looks like a different strain than last round.

Damn Bender..you are fukn killin it man!! Amazing what you are doing with just three plants in there... I always forget that you don't have 6 plants in there. You are definatly gettin this shit dialed in man. Those buds are DankAzzBudZillas!!
Brother, much gratitude for your kind words.
Cannot believe this is our second grow.

Your 2nd grow was nuts dude, no fucking question. Grow looks like it was under the care of a veteran.

As for your statement about me having things dialed in, I am sorry mate but I must disagree. This grow is different than last for sure, possibly in a better way but I am not sure till it is done. I am very very far away from having anything dialed in. I really hope the next round goes bomb.

I reckon round 3 will be some new genetics. The variety of genetics available for medical patients is very wide, that I don't worry for my life about loosing a cut and moving on to some new genetics. There is so much great genetics out there, why just keep fucking with one. If one cannot get cuts, there is always beans, and damn more and more strains pop up on the daily.

I almost want to adapt a mentality of running different genetics every round or two.

Of course the huge problem with that would be is that I won't be able to master a specific strain. I figure if I understand my nute regimen inside out and am able to read the plants better and better over time, I can end up with some good products.

Doing this would also require some prep on know some specifics about the strain, such as the stretch or what not. That is what the internet is for.

I have to post pics of the bud that was responsible for me rambling way too much. Cracky x Kandy

Bloom Day 50

I fed them heavy last night and tonight EC 2.5

LOL before everyone starts flippin out on me for having a high EC, I only plan on doing this for 2-3 waterings before I start the flush. I am just desperate for more size so I just want to give them a good boost on their last chance to swell, and frost up.

Start with the smallest CJ buds all the way in the bottom, and go up from there.

Bro, you could atleast admit that you have learned a ton man..you are so modest. I have learned a lot from your grows man. I agree on the getting one nute line down though and then you can read the plants to determine what they like or don't like. My Spice Creek( still trying this name on the MBS2) was a little more sensative than the others last round so I had to make some small adjustments with Cal/Mag and feedings. If you do go all house and garden the Cal/Mag is a must. I run it at hald strength through veg and full strength through flower. The H&G seems to be laking in this area. The only other things I add is Silicate,Sweet and I think I am gonna start some great white.

Bro it is amazing how much better your OG looks this round. Those buds are exploding man. They are similar to the pk in that they look like they put there weight on at the end.

Thanks Raider for your kind words. Oh yeah I do admit I have learned quit a bit, but you are bit a head. I would have been more caught up with you if I ran the same nutes the second round, but I changed it all up. Went from 3 organic products to like 10 mixed and matched products, lol cuz I fell in the trap.

Yeah the OG and CJ both liked the heavy 2.5 EC feed. The OG really looks different than last round, really looks like a different strain, a lot bigger but less frosty at least on the leaves. Last round even the fan leaves had gland on them.

I really want to grow sour diesel x bubba kush. I reckon it produce very medicinal dense nugs.

I that because you are medicated on it right now lol It would make sense that it would be a bigger producer, I just wonder about the medicinal quality..I am not a big deisel fan myself. It doesn't have a lot of pain releif qualities IMHO, but maybe the BK would bring that part in.

sour diesel seems to be very effective for me, at least if it is grown right. As far as pure diesel, you are right it isn't as strong. But the sour d x bubba is some very delicious potent stuff.

Just checkin in buddy, how are the ladies doing after the weekend?
Girls are doing well. I will post an update for you in a jiffy.

Bloom Day 53

The OG got its final feed today, in 2-3 days I will flush it with clearex and probably cut it around day 60-65.

CJ is also getting mature quite nice. I just hope it keeps filling in. I will probably feed the CJ 2 more times and then let the flushing begin for the last week.

OGeezy, almost ready to cut in a week to 10 days.

Feeling very lucky to have two of some of the best strains, best part is these both OG and CJ have become quite rare, as CJ has recently joined the "Clone Only" clan along with OG.

Here is some more info on the Casey Jones from Ed's Big Book of Buds Vol 3

"Casey Jones combines an excellent sativa mother, a TrainwreckxThai with an outstanding male from Rezdog's Sour Diesel v3 line. The mother originated from Billy Goat Seed's Oriental Express cross. She has a very sweet flavour, and a heady trancendent high.

Adding diesel to Trainwreck suggested the Name Casey Jones , engineer of the most famous train wrecks of all time. the sativa-dominant Casey Jones strain has an amazing high. the plant varies slightly in structure, from Thai foxtails to Diesel plumes! It retains the short ripening time of the Oriental Express Mother, finishing in about 8 weeks. Casey Jones is not overly picky, suiting the novice grower as well as the sweet toothed connoisseur.

This Variety multi-branches well, especially when trained. She prefers moderate feeding and grows to a final hieght of 30-40 inches when forced to flower at 12-16 inches. When plants grown short with a single cola (SOG style), they yield an average of 1/3 to 1/2 ounce (10-14g). Grown large and trained, plants can yield up to 3.5 ounces(100g) each,

The Buds form like towers of calyxes, tight bud clusters, creating a looser cola, with colourful pistils that vary from orange to pink. The leaves have thin blades and stems may purple late in the flowering phase.

The Casey Jones flavour is a combination of the confection-like sweet Oriental Express and the citric sour of the Diesel. The high can be felt almost immediately and lasts about an hour and a half. This strain has an up effect with vividly trippy, thought provoking quality that can lead to mental wandering. Under its effects, one may feel a stronger sense of connectedness to self and others. Its good for creative activities that can benefit from an introspective mood and don't require intense right brain focus. Its less than ideal if you need to make plans, balance your checkbook or do other very linear activities. Go fly a kite, watch a movie, hike around in the outdoors, or engage in a little painting or other interpretive activity when indulging in Casey Jones. Do not drive a train!"

The sad thing is Casey Jones seeds are almost extinct, I say almost because I know a handful of people out there have some CJ beans and CJ males.

Also I know eventually there will be CJ Fem seeds made from Joe's Pheno.

On that note, best of luck to Shmoe and his family.
just took about 15 clones of cacey from muh momma plant

Flushing, probably the wrong person to ask. I use to move all my girls from my grow room into the bathroom to do the flushing...this required bringing them out into the open on my terrace, and then into my house.....I use to spend like 10 minutes looking out the potting shed door to make sure no-one was looking then rush these big mommas into the house.....FEK THAT FOR A GAME OF SOLDIERS!!! So flushing is a thing of the past for me.

I flush once (kind of) which involves pouring about equal amounts of water to the pot size (sometime less - gets less each time I think hehe) until I fill up the bucket underneath with run off. Then I do not feed, or water them ever again. It's death from then on in. So I flushed my OG's on Wednesday, no more water since then, and I will put them in dark tomorrow for a couple of days.

Soil/coco, organic's imo don't differ much with massive amounts of flushing. Each to their own though eh...

Peace, DST

thanks Don. yeah the casey is thick as hell.

I am really looking forward to good medicine, i don't want to chop early at all, I want the girls to reach their full potential.

TBH, I really want to grow something that has dense nugs like OG but gets bigger. the CJ is huge but the buds seem looser.

I am not sure what I will run next round.

We'll see it Casey makes it to the next round after it has been tested.

I see what your are saying DST. I have had some medicine grown in coco with GH and it was flushed properly, I could absolutely taste the nutes.

I think if all the nutes are organic, then probably a long flush won't be needed but I will do a 7 day flush just to be on the safe side.

thanks for your input green thumb. it is too late for me to do a full flush. My first flush will be with 2-3 the amount of water with clearex, after that the plants will just get plain water until chopped.

I hope this 7 day flush will remove a good amount of nutes.

where did you get this information from? It is my understanding that in coco you can remove all nutes from the coir in a flush or two. Are you saying it will take 3 weeks for the plant to use up all the nutes? Not arguing, just never heard of final flush in coco more than 10 days and most don't even flush more than a few. I myself flush for 7 days with straight R/O and I must say the smoke is soo smooth compared to soil with 2 week flush.
