what is it? and how do you do it, im trying to figure out a way to have clones finishing up after each other by like two weeks

Cut clones, after 2 weeks cut more, etc.
All depends on how often you want to harvest and how much room and light you have. For a 2 week method, thats at least 4 plants in flowering at any time (and thats just one plant every 2 weeks) (of course thats based on an 8 week strain)
Now you need to keep the mother plant (the one giving all the clones) and the clones their own room (not the flowering room)
Once the clones are rooting, they can go straight into flowering. But best to cut larger clones for that (SOG)
Letting the clones veg for a couple weeks to a month is nice too.

Yes, but the further it is into flowering, the less likely it is to take root. The ideal time to take a clone is right after the plant has shown sex (or for a mother, any time, since the plant is still in veg).
