djruiner, I had thought that might happen being that the plant totally explodes with growth during flower. Now in my opinion you have to try something or you will end up with a very very small yield if any.
i didnt think it would hurt..just wasnt sure with this type of training how it would react....and on my next few grows i think im going to try the 2 plants per container and train it this way..just wanted to do one plant at a time this time till i get it figured out...no need to overdo it...and ill still have another ccob in a party cup so i can compare the difference.Ruiner, nothing wrong with transplanting early in flower. You can also try dropping 2 small plants into one larger container, and train each around 1 side of the bucket. That's what I do, works pretty well. They will move more quickly if they feel they room to grow above and below the soil line.
been pulling some decent yields with party cups...over an oz per plant...but doing the ccob...its got a lot more growth then normal...i just dont have the room to do giant containers till i get a tent...in a stealth dresser for now...i cant fit anything bigger then a gallon bucket in there right now...and ive already got a haze plant flowering in a bucket...so im packed as it is..but this one plant deserves more...so ill have 2 that are crop circled..one in a bucket and one in a party cup..then ill see what the difference is after they finishdjruiner, I had thought that might happen being that the plant totally explodes with growth during flower. Nah, not a beat man. I was part of a band for a while, similar to the Roots, funk/soul/underground hip-hop with a horn section, keys, guitars, drums, bass, a couple singers and a couple MCs. I was one of the MCs and did some percussion & horn work. Lip was gonna come on and do a couple tracks w/ me, kinda like a hip-hop duet, but, as Rick James said..."Cocaine is a hell of a drug."So what kind of work were you planning to do with Fatlip? Tell me you make beats!
How much closer do you think that setup will get you to achieving Hobbesesque numbers? My main concern, and what I feel could be the fatal flaw, is that regardless of how much light you hit the girls with, if they don't have some type of semi-strong, constant light then they may just stop developing (or drastically slow down) during the minute or so that the lamp is on the other side of the cage. And over 2-3 months, every other minute, those minutes without direct constant light can add up. But then again, Hobbes only used one 600W and is/was pulling a QP to 6oz. per plant, so....I don't know man, I'm confused...How the hell does he do it?I'm gonna pick up a 1000w set-up today tho, minus bulb.
