Hey I've been doing perpetual grows and Im having issues with record keeping and such. I recently found a staple strain, and I wanna do a sog grow from clones. My question is what advantages does each method have?

growing on a cycle that keeps u getting something every month .............like the guy said u will clip but the benefits u can set a monthly orders......with the larger supply of stuff u can cure it correctly and sit on it putting it out on the market as need.........any money spent on power feed or equipment u recover the cost each month to be whole then profit from the rest

season ..............less cliping ........less leg work ......but the major drawl backs .....u are puting your supply on the market same time as others so price will be lower .....any cost of items i have to keep track off and recover from the sale before u count profit this takes longer ..........the major benifit is u are putting out when other ppl are so the odds of u getting noticed or caught is decreased by those ppl (aslong as u think ahead and account for as many varibles as u can ......travel speeds/word of mouth from ppl u are handing off too/ and the biggie are u stepping on any ones toes that could harm u or what u are doing)

I'd think the difference is...

one large harvest
or
several smaller harvests

each plant is going to require the same investment in time & materials whether you run 8 at once or 1 per week over the same time period and, all things being equal, should produce the same amount, per plant.

In scale, the equipment sufficient to perform with 1 per week would most likely be insufficient when used for 8 at once though, again...all things being equal...

put another way...

large Seasonal harvests might be better suited to growers with the experience and equipment to fully exploit that method where the small-scale perpetual harvest might be better suited to those without.

Seeing as I fall into that latter category I am probably talking out my ass...

Thanks everyone. Yeah my problem is that i have different plants flowering at different times, and since my record keeping sucks i have plants flowering but I'm unsure on how long they've been flowering. That combined with the fact that I'm running multiple strains it's hard for me to tell when my plants are ready to be harvested without Using a microscope every other day. Plus it's a pain to have to mix different batches of water depending where the plant is in the feeding schedule. Thanks, guys
