People are saying that Hillary Clinton is not really Hillary Clinton - "they" are using a double. "Just look at her at the Inauguration! She's not as tall!"

Well I don't know if people are really saying that but my Mom did about an hour ago on the phone (funny, she's not as tall as she was 20 years ago!), so they probably are.

Posting in the politics section is a bad idea for me, but this thread cracks me up. The “people are saying” nonsense that the last President routinely spouted as a defense for outright bullshit statements would have been funny except so many people then echoed this crap and others spread it all over social media.

Regarding Ivanka, she clearly has political aspirations and is not as overtly obnoxious as Don Jr. But her ceiling is Congress and even that is a long shot. Her choice of spouse and subsequent religious conversion just won’t play with certain elements of her dad’s base in a national election. Don Jr. plays to the whole basket of deplorables crowd better.

People are saying she’s actually a democrat and that her husband is part of the Illuminati.

You are right though. Her elitist vibe did not play well with the deplorables. Don is a low-brow piece of shit with money - the American Dream of the red states.
