I doubt it. None of the newer states to legalize have been allowing outdoor cultivation for security reasons. That means lights and factories, not land and horses.

They took the first step when Corbetts wrinkled ass was kicked out as Governor. Tom Wolf has said all along that he supports reform.
Still, its Pennsylvania. They'll amend the bill until it is practically useless, and then pass that.
 
PA got a couple grow places already.. im from PA.. some lady i was working for the other day was telling me about it. apearently its grown around here but the bud is for delaware

I was born in Lancaster and lived in little tits the Amish do use electricity and even gas powered vehicles only certain people in the community area allowed to do so with out being shunned how do you think they start there tomato plants to sell by April or what do you think the big white box truck full of there veggies is for to hide there horses behind?
