If you haven't already you should stop by http://www.shroomery.org/ Post your question there and you're more likely to get the information you're looking for being that, well, it's a mushroom forum. Also great information, tutorials, FAQ, and generally an awesome community. Been a few years since I've been by there... but I can't imagine much has changed.

this has nothing to do with wanting to produce... it has all to do with just wanting to know the penalaties or charge or growin shrums... nothing to do with growing them... just to do with wanting the knowledge of what charges and punishments coinside with growing mushrooms and/or possession of shrums

Err, ok, my bad. The Shroomery used to have a legal forum where I thought you could get some specific info but I dont see it now... Maybe this will help then? Link from Erowid. State by state overview of laws and some penalties for psilocybin/psilocin.

Possession and use of psilocybin mushrooms, including the bluing species of Psilocybe, is therefore prohibited by extension. However, in many national, state, and provincial drug laws, there is a great deal of ambiguity about the legal status of psilocybin mushrooms, as well as a strong element of selective enforcement in some places. The legal status of Psilocybe spores is even more ambiguous, as the spores contain neither psilocybin nor psilocin, and hence are not illegal to sell or possess in many jurisdictions, though many jurisdictions will prosecute under broader laws prohibiting items that are used in drug manufacture. A few jurisdictions (such as the US states of Georgia and Idaho) have specifically prohibited the sale and possession of psilocybin mushroom spores. Cultivation of psilocybin mushrooms is considered drug manufacture in most jurisdictions and is often severely penalized, though some countries and one US state have ruled that growing psilocybin mushrooms does not qualify as "manufacturing" a controlled substance.[citation needed]

well on average 1cc = 1 pf tek cake

once fully colonized they go by the weight of the entire cake since it contains mycelium even if it has no shrooms

and on average one wet cake weights 1-3 pounds

1cc * 12 jars = 12 * 2pounds average ~ 24 pounds

with that much you will prob get nailed with manufacturing

2-5 years prison time + tons of fines more if you have past criminal record :wall:

this is true. in illinois. it carries a 6-30 year case. for manufacturing of a controlled substance {phsilocin or psilocybin}

What are the penalties for Drug Possession in Missouri?

Most possession penalties in MO are considered a Class C Felony, which has a maximum penalty of 7 years in jail, and a $5000 fine.

ya exstacy is a man slaughter charge if you have more than 1 or intent to sell. shrooms are just a felony possession charge that is still horrible but its no man slaughter charge.
