Peat pots?

Dudes-

How do you guys feel about those small biodegradeble pots that I believe are made out of peat moss? Apparently you can put them in the dirt and they will disolve as the roots grow through them. I'm getting my seeds together and was thinking I could start them in my window sill in those little pots, and then move those beutiful babies outdoors.

Thanks.

This is exactly what I'm doing for this years outdoor grow. I bought some 4" peat pots at OSH for my autoflowers that I plan on growing. I've never used them before but they seem like a good idea. I figure the plants that survive and turn up female, I will then transfer them to larger containers for the remainder of their grow.

Thanks for the reply, yeah they seem like a good and simple idea, and easy to transport/transplant. I will be ordering some Durban Poison from afropips.com in the coming weeks. I would also like to get my hands on something a little more modern(?) to throw in their too. This is actually going to be my first grow but last year I found the spot and I've been doing so much research that I feel my main barriers are pigs and rippers. (But i don't think there's much risk of either!)
